  1. Love this. Sunday is such a great day to plan and prep food for the week to come. As you said there way you start your week can set you up for success. Do you some new goals for 2016?

    1. Isn’t it?! šŸ™‚ I didn’t actually set new goals specifically for the new year, I’ve been on my fitness mission since September. One of my newer goals tho is to spend more time outdoors (hiking, walks, runs etc) What about you, any 2016 goals?

      1. That’s awesome. It’s good that you’ve kept up with it. Outdoor fitness goals are great. Love to go hiking. My goal for this year is specific to wight lift goals and putting on more weight…at least those are my fitness goals.

  2. I totally agree! Planning ahead is a huge part of my success throughout the week. That combined with a long run sounds like a glorious way to spend your Sundays!
